#4 – Kansas vs. Eastern Kentucky:Well, this certainly is interesting. Maybe not to the national eye, but in two years, Kansas will play two of the directional schools from Kentucky – of course, the near-upset of our Western Kentucky fellows last year, and now this year, they’ll face off with Eastern Kentucky as a 2/15 game on Friday night in St. Louis on TBS. This is a matchup that most hardcore WKU fans will watch with intrigue as opposed to pulling for one team or the other; in this corner, you have the team that, with a little help from the zebra’s,barelyescaped the Toppers last year, and some fans (admittedly, myself) arestillfrustrated with, and think WKU should have come away with the win. In the other, a long-time regional rival, that while might have dwindled away in the past years with WKU moving up to big-boy sports, still is fun to hate on for no apparent reason. This game, I’m pretty sure, was put in here just to smite us Tops fans.
