Arkansas Little Rock Trojans (8-2 overall, 3-0 this week)
The Trojans had a relatively short week, only taking the diamond thrice, but wound up winning all three games, and outscored their opponents by a score of 23-8. Trojan left-fielder Tanner Rockwell had himself a week, plating 2 runs against Louisiana Tech and 2 more against Illinois-Chicago, a game in which he went 3-for-4. In the week’s finale against IPFW, starter Ethan Schlechte went 7 innings and allowing just 1 run and 3 hits. UALR will take on Ole Miss this coming weekend, and for those interested in watching, can do so on ESPN3.
