Kentucky Basketball Game Grades: Karl-Anthony Towns has huge game

John Calipari and his now 27-0 Kentucky Wildcats looked to continue their ”Pursuit of Perfection” tonight with a win over the mediocre Auburn Tigers. UK did more than just that, blowing out the Tigers 110 to 75. Kentucky is now 27-0 and 14-0 in the SEC. In the win tonight, mostly every Wildcat that seen action played great, but here are my main three, and of course the bench:

A+. Big man KAT sure has been playing some great basketball here lately. The 6-11, 250 pound forward from Piscataway, New Jersey went all out for the Wildcats today. <strong><a href=. F. Kentucky Wildcats. KARL-ANTHONY TOWNS

B+. Twin number one was outstanding from the floor tonight. <a href=. G. Kentucky Wildcats. AARON HARRISON

G. Kentucky Wildcats. ANDREW HARRISON. B+. Twin number two was the floor leader for Kentucky in tonight’s matchup. <a href=

A+. The starters/blue platoon may have scored 67 of the Wildcats’ points tonight, but the bench/white platoon was also great, and scored the rest of UK’s 110 points tonight. Every Wildcat player saw action in the blowout win, but the white platoon was the bench leader. The second five scored a combined 40 points, grabbed 18 total rebounds, and dished out 6 total assists. Along with those stats, three bench players were in double figures. Devin Booker had 11, Dakari Johnson had 13, and Tyler Ulis had 10. The whole team is usually always dominate for Kentucky, but with stats like that the Cats won’t have any problems staying undefeated.. 34 points. Kentucky Wildcats. WILDCAT BENCH

Kentucky basketball is all sorts of hot right now, and last night was just a warm up. Poor Tigers. Anyway, how would you have graded the Wildcats above? Let us know on Twitter @BlueGrassDom or in a comment below.
