Get to Know Conference USA Mascots

Coming into the conference with the Tops are the Monarchs of Old Dominion. And, I never knew this before doing some research, there are some remarkable similarities between our Big Red and the ODU Big Blue, but most notably, they both compete year in and year out in mascot competitions and both have a bronze statue of themselves. Yes, that last one is 100% true. Also, (as you read above), Big Blue won the 2010 Capital One Mascot of the Year. Looks like the two Bigs of CUSA will have lots of bouts.
