Well lookie here. We have come to our final former Fun Belt friend. Scrappy, North Texas’ mascot, has one of the richest histories of the bunch, and has been in his current form since 1995, but went through decades of changes – both in look, between live and costumed, and UNT’s nicknames – before becoming a Mean Green flying machine.
