| 3 | 3 | 4-5, 9-12 | Despite losing two games this past week, the Mavericks stay notched at the three spot. In both the losses the Mavs only lost by a combined 15 points to the top 2 SBC teams. They also took top SBC squad GSU into OT. | |
| 4 | 4 | 5-4, 12-8 | The Red Wolves have been steal heavy here of late as they reached the double digits for the third time this season with a season high of 11 at Troy last Saturday. | |
| 5 | 8 | 2-6, 6-15 | The Bobcats are shooting the 3rd best free throw percentage in conference play in the SBC. Also just a four point loss to WKU will give them a big boost in our rankings. | |
| 6 | 5 | 4-5, 13-9 | The Cajun defense was on last outing, and they look to keep it that way. They went 1-1 last week and will allow them to fall just one spot in the rankings. | |
| 7 | 6 | 7-3, 12-10 | The Trojans were led by SBC Player of the Week Will Neighbour as they go 2-0 on the week. They are also 7-0 when holding opponents to under 70 points and are 8-1 when games are decided by 5 points or less. | |
| 8 | 7 | 4-5, 7-10 | The Warhawks go 1-1 on the week, as they grab a win against A-State and fall to in-state rival Louisiana-Lafayette. | |
| 9 | 9 | 1-7, 7-14 | The Jags are 1-7 in conference play for the first time in school history. They are 0-2 at neutral sites and 0-7 in road games. | |
| 10 | 10 | 2-7, 7-14 | A five game losing streak has plagued the Trojans and all they want is for the light at the end of the tunnel to finally come. |
We awarded the Bobcats the surprise move of the week. It could end up to bite us in the butt, or we could look like geniuses. We will have to see! Till next week, peace out SBC!
